- 2 bulbs Bawang merah (shallots) (Sliced)
- 2 tbsp Daun sup (Chinese celery) (Chopped)
- 1 small Cinnamon stick (Kayu manis)

- 1 tsp Black peppercorns (Crushed)
- 800 ml Vegetable stock (Low sodium)
