  • 2 tbsp Daun ketumbar (coriander leaves) (Chopped)
  • 2 cloves Bawang putih (garlic) (Minced)
  • 700ml Vegetable stock (Low sodium preferred)
  • 1/4 tsp White pepper
  • 1 tsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Cooking oil (Can use canola or sunflower)
  • To taste Salt - pilihan
