  • 8 leaves Daun kesum (Vietnamese mint) (fresh)
  • 1/2 Torch ginger flower (bunga kantan) (sliced) - pilihan
  • 4 pods Okra (cut into 2-inch pieces)
  • 1 Tomato (quartered)
  • 4 cups Water (filtered)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Cooking oil (canola or sunflower oil)
