- 1/4 cup Urad dal flour (Tepung kacang dal)
- 1/4 cup Santan (coconut milk) (Fresh preferred)
- 2 leaves Pandan leaves (Finely chopped) - pilihan
- 1 stalk Lemongrass (Finely minced) - pilihan
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds (Bijian jintan)
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds (Bijian bijan)
- 1/2 tsp Chili powder (Serbuk cili)
- 1/2 tsp Salt (Garam)
- For deep frying Vegetable oil (Minyak masak)
