- 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce (Kicap pekat)
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup (Can substitute with gula Melaka)
- 1 tsp Five-spice powder (Serbuk lima rempah)
- 1 Cinnamon stick (Kayu manis)
- 1 Star anise (Bunga lawang)
- 1/2 Cucumber (Timun)
- 2 tbsp Chili sauce (Sos cili)
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil (Minyak masak)
