- 1 stalk Serai (lemongrass) (Bruised)
- 2 Daun limau purut (kaffir lime leaves) (Finely sliced)
- 1 Pandan leaf (Optional, for aroma) - pilihan
- 1 tablespoon Curry powder (Malaysian curry blend)
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder (For heat, adjust as needed)
- 1 small Carrot (Julienned)
- 1/4 cup Green peas
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil (Can use canola or coconut oil)
