  • 100ml Santan (light coconut milk)
  • 2 tbsp Kicap manis (sweet soy sauce)
  • 1 tbsp Minyak masak (cooking oil, for basting)
  • 20 Bamboo skewers (soaked in water)
  • 1 small Cucumber (cut into wedges) - pilihan
  • 1 Red onion (cut into chunks) - pilihan
