- 1 stalk Serai (lemongrass), finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Kunyit (turmeric) powder
- 1 tsp Halia (ginger), grated
- 2 cloves Bawang putih (garlic), minced
- 1/2 cup Low-fat Greek yogurt (or plain yogurt)
- 1 leaf Pandan leaf, finely sliced - pilihan
- 1/2 cup Timun (cucumber), sliced
- 1/2 cup Tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
