- 3/4 cup Tomato puree (Pes tomato)
- 1 small Red onion (Bawang merah)
- 2 cloves Garlic (Bawang putih)
- 1/2 cup, diced Carrot (Lobak merah)
- 1 leaf, finely sliced Daun limau purut (Kaffir lime leaf) - pilihan
- 1, sliced Cili padi (Bird’s eye chili, optional for heat) - pilihan
- 1/2 cup, sliced Button mushrooms (Cendawan butang) - pilihan
