  • 1 Lemongrass stalk (Serai, bruised) - pilihan
  • 1-2 tbsp Honey or agave syrup (Madu, adjust to taste) - pilihan
  • 1 cup (250ml) Sparkling water (Air berkarbonat tanpa gula)
  • 1 cup Ice cubes (Ais batu)
  • A few sprigs Fresh mint leaves (Daun pudina, for garnish) - pilihan
  • A few Peach slices (For garnish) - pilihan

    Boil water with pandan leaf and lemongrass (if using) in a small pot for 5 minutes to infuse aroma.
